Content Provider Agreement

Prohibited Activities

I will not engage in or upload any content that involves prohibited, illegal, or otherwise non-compliant activities in violation of applicable laws, regulations, or platform standards. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is abusive, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or sexually inappropriate involving non-consenting parties.

Consent and Documentation Requirements

I will obtain and retain written consent from all individuals depicted in any content I upload. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Consent to be visually or audibly depicted in the content;
• Consent to the public distribution of the content and for such content to be uploaded to the dFans platform;
• If the content is made available for downloading by other users, consent to allow such downloading.

I agree to maintain proper documentation and provide it to dFans upon request.

Age and Identity Verification

I will verify the identity and age of every individual featured in my content to ensure that all participants are adults aged 18 years or older. I agree to keep records of this verification and to submit such records to dFans upon request.

Zero Tolerance Policy for Objectionable Content and Abuse

I understand that dFans enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. This includes, but is not limited to, any form of harassment, hate speech, exploitation, or non-consensual material.

I acknowledge that any violation of these terms may result in the immediate removal of my content and the suspension or termination of my account without prior notice.
